BySide has grown from a 3-person startup in 2006 (before startups were cool!) to an 80+ person team, with the mission to improve our clients’ marketing results through Lead Activation: the ability to maximise revenue from visitors on a website, app or landing page. We achieve this by building and applying our technology: a platform that offers a unique combination of a Marketing Cloud and a Cloud Contact Centre. Recently been acquired by the CoreMedia Group located in Hamburg (Germany).
Our Engineering team is in charge of building the next generation of our platform and to optimise a highly scalable system’s architecture. Our platform is critical for business operations in some of the world’s largest retailers, banks and telecommunication companies. We handle more than 13.000 million pageviews and 12 million calls a year, so high availability is key.
As an IT Administrator, you will provide support for the expansion of the IT infrastructure, offer technical assistance to users, take on tasks throughout the customer lifecycle, manage assets and licenses, and support the team with all IT projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- You support the expansion of the IT infrastructure (on-premise and in the cloud);
- You will take on tasks in client lifecycle, asset and license management;
- You support the team with IT projects;
- You support all departments in the implementation and migration of new software;
- You provide technical support to our 250 Users;
- You are able to create concepts and document the IT systems and processes;
- You manage external service providers
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- You have professional experience in a comparable job at a minimum of 5 years.;
- Good knowledge of Dell (Windows) and Apple (macOS) Clients and Office 365 Applications;
- Comprehensive knowledge of Entra ID and MS Intune Endpoint Management (SSO, Enterprise Apps, Software Packaging, Autopilot, DEP);
- Good knowledge of server virtualization with VMware;
- Good knowledge of LAN/WLAN/SAN technologies (Aruba, HP, Brocade);
- Comprehensive knowledge of Security technologies like Firewalls (Fortigate), VPN, Microsoft Defender;
- You are used to operating and maintaining Windows and Linux Servers and Applications/Services (DHCP, DNS BIND, Active Directory, PKI, Reverse Proxy etc.);
- Manage Cloud Applications like Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian Access;
- You know how to Backup and recovery with CommVault and metallic;
